About Meltz

In 2012 Meltz Extreme was founded in Coeur d’Alen by Chef Joe McCarthy, the mastermind behind all of our extreme recipes. In 2023, long time Bend residents Terry and Denise Farnham and Veny and Paula Martinez opened the first Meltz location outside of Idaho. 

Meltz brings the ultimate comfort food feeling through extreme grilled cheese creations. All sandwiches are made to order and fully customizable. View our menu.
